Lifetime uses the Family limits. Enterprise limits are set per contract.
Questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrade at the end of your billing period. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade, but you cannot add items past the new limit until you are under it.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Existing items stay. You will not be able to add more until you upgrade or remove some. Manabarang warns you at 80% so it never surprises you.
Do all members pay?
No. The plan belongs to the person who owns the homes. Members you invite do not need a plan or a payment method.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, and other methods your bank supports through our payment provider at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans and Lifetime can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the period ends.
What does Lifetime include?
The Family limits and every Family feature available today, for as long as Manabarang runs. You pay once and are never billed again. It is a launch offer with a limited number of spots, and you can ask for a full refund within 14 days. If you have a subscription when you buy it, that subscription ends and its unused time is credited.
Can I add more room without changing plans?
Yes. Add-ons raise one limit at a time: storage, homes, members per home or items. They are billed with your plan, in the same period, and you can remove them any time. Removal takes effect at the end of the period, and nothing is deleted.

A yearly contract for companies, schools and clubs: limits set for your team, single sign-on, invoiced billing and a named account manager. Tell us what you need and we reply within two working days.
